Crystal Peak Roofing - Terms of Service

1. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

2. Limitation of Liability for Defective Products:

Crystal Peak Roofing, LLC provides roofing installation and repair services. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects in roofing materials. Any issues related to defective materials should be addressed directly with the product manufacturer. Our services are limited to proper installation and workmanship.

3. Decline of Service Charge:

In the event of a breach of a contingency contract by the client, a decline of service charge will apply. This charge is intended to compensate Crystal Peak Roofing, LLC for costs incurred in anticipation of the project.

4. Breach of Residential Contracts:

For breaches of residential or insurance claims made by the homeowner under their own convalescence, contracts by the client, a fee of 10% of the total contract amount will be assessed. This fee covers administrative costs, including research and technological assessments to the property lost opportunity, and other expenses incurred due to the breach.

5. Right to Cancel Service:

In accordance with Ohio consumer rights law, clients have the right to cancel service up to 72 hours (three days) after signing a contract. Please see amendment to contignecy for details. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to Crystal Peak Roofing, LLC.

6. Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Crystal Peak Roofing, LLC and the client, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral under the laws and regulations of Ohio State.

7. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

8. Amendments:

Crystal Peak Roofing, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted in writing upon severence of contract of agreeent whether that be cintingency or contract of service under Crystal Peak Rooofing and will be effective immediately.
